Some of our team took a short boat ride on Lake Tanganyika. The time at the lake helped us to debrief from our first time meeting the orphans, who are the reason for these posts asking you to get involved. As a reminder, I turn 45 in 4 weeks. In the 45 days leading up to my birthday, I am asking for donations in an effort to raise $45,000 for these precious children who have lost their parents either in civil war, or through HIV. Thank you to all who have donated already.
